Service Description

This pregnancy pilates group class is a low-impact full-body Pilates toning class, focusing on strengthening the core and back muscles. We will also work on overall coordination, balance, posture, and mobility to ensure pain-free movement throughout pregnancy. No matter which trimester you are in! You can join this class; I'll provide an adaptation for you.
