Pregnancy pilates
This pregnancy pilates group class is a low-impact full-body Pilates toning class, focusing on strengthening the core and back muscles.
We will also work on overall coordination, balance, posture, and mobility to ensure pain-free movement throughout pregnancy.
No matter which trimester you are in! You can join this class; I'll provide an adaptation for you.
Mum & Baby pilates
Full-body toning class, including strength exercises to build muscle resistance + mom-specific moves to help you move pain-free and reduce injury risk.
Pilates elements focus on re-establishing core connection and activation (especially with Diastasis Recti), pelvic floor stability, and improving posture.​
Bring your baby, meet other moms and work on re-gaining a strong body!
Prenatal strength
Build strength to support your changing body, learning how to move safely througout your pregnancy. This is a full resistance training class with bands and weights. We focus on specific muscle groups, arms, shoulders, back, core and booty to help you move pain free during pregnancy and prepare your body for birth and beyond.
Mum & Baby shape up
Learn how to build strength and move your body without pain. Our full-body strength class targets arms, core, back and booty so that you have the strength and stability to keep up with your ever growing baby. You can bring your baby and meet other mums in this fun, social postnatal class.
Body boost & Childcare
Time for you to work on yourself, knowing your baby is in safe hands.
Get dedicated time to sweat and work hard, without having your little one clambering on you.
KILLates
Pilates, but KILLer! This class will get you sweating like never before. High intensity, high energy to get you glowing from the inside out.
Personal Training
Working with my clients, especially pregnant women and moms, I am confronted with the same mobility limitations and or postural imbalances that cause pain and need special attention before starting a regular training program.

That's why I start from the base with a movement screening to understand what can and cannot do with your body. From there, we build the foundation, improve your posture and technique and gain strength from the inside out so you can move pain-free.
