Our classes are specifically designed to adapt to the different needs of your maternity journey. Every class we offer has a purpose to support your specific needs according to your trimester and to prepare your body for life with your little one. Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, we adapt the exercises so they feel right for you. And yes, you can always bring your baby along 💛 This is your space to get stronger, feel supported, and be part of a caring community of Barcelona Moms.

Pelvic Floor & Diastisis Restore

This class is the First class to start with after giving birth and you had the 6- weeks check up. 30-minute sessions of hypopressive exercises, focussing on reworking your deep abdomen and pelvic floor after pregnancy. With this technique, excellent results are obtained in reducing waist circumference, strengthening the lower abdomen, and improving posture, while respecting postpartum recovery. Followed by 15 minutes of functional exercises.

Fit Core pilates

This pregnancy pilates group class is a low-impact full-body Pilates  toning class, focusing on strengthening the core and back muscles. 

We will also work on overall coordination, balance, posture, and mobility to ensure pain-free movement throughout pregnancy.

 

No matter which trimester you are in! You can join this class; I'll provide an adaptation for you.

Hypo Core Sculpt

Level up your postnatal journey with Hypo Sculpt, the next step after mastering Pelvic floor & Diastisis Restore class Level 1.

This class combines advanced hypopressive and pelvic floor exercises with functional fitness moves like glute bridges, planks, and squats, tailored to safely strengthen your body. We’ll also incorporate everyday movements with your baby, helping you build strength while preventing injuries. Perfect for moms ready to deepen their recovery and feel stronger than ever! Level: L2, please join Pelvic Floor & Diastisis Restore class before.

Life with Baby Strength Circuit

A functional strength workout using weights to prepare your body for everyday moves with your baby. We’ll target arms, back, core, and legs to help you feel strong, supported, and ready for the demands of motherhood. Safe for pregnancy, perfect for postpartum — and yes, babies are always welcome!

Sculp & Glow

Get ready to feel strong, energized, and empowered in this low-impact, full-body sculpting and cardio class! Designed for both expecting moms and new moms with their little ones, this session blends the toning benefits of Pilates with the functional strength of a circuit workout. Using resistance bands, light weights, and ankle weights, you’ll work your entire body while keeping the movements gentle and safe. Expect to sweat, feel your heartbeat, and leave glowing with energy.

Stretching & Hip mobility

A gentle, feel-good class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support your body through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. We’ll focus on deep stretches, hip mobility, and breathwork to ease common aches, improve posture, and help you move more freely. Whether you're preparing for birth or recovering with your little one by your side, this class is all about feeling good in your body while connecting with other moms.

Pregnancy and postpartum put a lot of pressure on your hips and back—this class is designed to release tension, build strength, and bring relief where you need it most. Through gentle, flowing movements and deep stretches, we’ll focus on hip mobility, lower back support, and core stability to help you move with more ease and feel good in your body.
