Fitness for Mamis founder
I’m Julia, a Women's Health Coach from Germany living in Barcelona since 2011.
I have been working in the fitness sector for over 13 years and for me, sports is beyond the six-pack; it's about unconditional joy, feel-good hormones, and friendship!
I’m on a mission to help women, especially pregnant women and new moms, to stay fit and pain-free during pregnancy and beyond. Through FitnessForMamis, I've had the privilege of working with numerous women, each with a unique story. What's truly beautiful is that in this community, it's not just about physical strength; it's about sharing experiences, learning from other moms, and never feeling alone in the journey of motherhood.

Experiencing incontinence after childbirth can be both uncomfortable and distressing. Our specialized pelvic floor exercises are designed to enhance muscle control and bladder function. Through gentle, effective training, we'll help you regain control and confidence in your body's capabilities.
Prolapse
Helping you heal safely
Prolapse is much more common than you might think. We want to shake off stigma and embarrassment and help you develop a recovery program that rebuilds your strength. Our team of experts will give you modified, low impact exercises so that you can move with confidence.
